Learning:Knowledge:Performance are the key drivers for success.
Compass Training offers solutions that are structured to provide individuals and their organisation choices in delivery methods and time commitments.
- Flexible – providing training schedules, dates and times that meet the needs of the individual or organisation (e.g. weekday, evening and/or weekend delivery of programs)
- Customised – in collaboration with organisations needs, we ensure our training content is aligned with business drivers
- Partnerships – Compass Training acts as a people partner, rather than just a provider by assisting individuals and organisations to ensure their successful completion of any training
We pride ourselves on nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients and truly understanding their business needs.
We believe that with total commitment anyone or any organisation can achieve extraordinary things.
Our Approach to Training
- Needs – establish the needs of the business through our customised scoping process and establish a baseline measurement
- Required performance – identify how employees work now and how they need to work to positively impact the business
- Design – creation of a training program that will affect the necessary change in behaviour
- Delivery – over a negotiated, flexible timeframe that suits the needs of both the individual and organisation
- Achieved performance – identify how the employee has changed the way they work as a result of this training
